The 2009 Britain’s Got Talent winner recently dropped jaws when she returned to the stage for America’s Got Talent: The Champions.
Susan Boyle looked nearly unrecognisable as she belted out her famous track, Wild Horses, while a shocked audience looked on.
Showcasing a brand new look with her perfectly coiffed caramel locks and a face full of very glamorous make-up, Susan ensured all eyes were on her in a fabulous sequinned dress.
Needless to say, the 57-year-old bowled over judges on the show, including Spice Girl Mel B, who excitedly gave her the golden buzzer.
Viewers were also happy to have the hitmaker back on their screens, as she received a standing ovation after finishing her song.
But the Scottish songstress is dropping jaws for a very different reason this week, after opening up about her dating life.
Speaking to People, the star talked candidly about how her life changed overnight following her captivating performance on season 3 of the ITV show.
“The biggest change was really the instant fame, from being a wee unknown lady with a cat in Scotland to being recognised wherever I went,” she told the publication.
She added “It took some getting used to”, before revealing that Ashton Kutcher “took my breath away” when he shared a video of her performance.
And the world-wide fame and recognition hasn’t left her short of admirers either.
“I’ve been proposed to in Japan, met inspirational people along the way and gone on a date with a doctor I met in Florida,” she revealed.
Although the star didn’t elaborate any more on whether to not the date worked out, she did admit that she’s feeling “more comfortable in my own skin” and is hoping to make a positive change in her personal life this year.
Susan is set to release a “fabulous new album for people to enjoy”, which will celebrate a whopping 10 years since she first appeared on BGT.
“I want this comeback year to be the best and show everyone I’m still going,” she told People.
Could 2019 be the year our Susan finds Mr Right too?
We sure hope so.
